The Print Factory is pleased to announce the Resource is Resistance Fair. The Resource is Resistance Fair will take place on Saturday, April 19th from 1PM – 4 PM at our storefront at 130 South Allegheny Street in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. We invite you to engage with and learn more about the community-serving organizations and resources available in Centre County. The fair will focus on the following areas:

- Immigration
- Reproductive Rights
- LGBTQIA+ Rights
- Rural Health
- Mental Health
- Housing Security
- Food Security
- Crisis Intervention
- Recovery/ Addiction

The Resource is Resistance Fair will include collaborators from the following nonprofit organizations:

- The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the ACLU
- Applegate Recovery
- AR Health
- Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic (Penn State Dickinson Law)
- Centre County Bridge of Hope
- Centre Helps
- Centre Safe
- Mid-State Literacy Council
- Out of the Cold Centre County
- Penn State Students United Against Poverty

This event is meant to bring together local organizations, nonprofits, and service providers to offer guidance, support, and information-sharing. The Resource is Resistance Fair will serve as a community bridge, fostering collaboration between organizations and the public while promoting empowerment and resistance within the community. Entertainment will be provided for younger children. Additionally, transportation can be arranged for those who complete the RSVP form here.

The Print Factory is an antiracist, feminist, and queer-inclusive artist- and worker-run bookstore and cultural space in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania that supports the artistic and intellectual life of the local community. As an organization we are committed to supporting the cultural, intellectual, and artistic life of the Bellefonte community through providing an environment of inclusivity.

As its name suggests, The Print Factory foregrounds the life and liveliness of print media in all its forms, from selling books to hosting readings, workshops, and storytelling events. We are an independent, not-for-profit community space that incorporates the process of print media creation and engagement into the brick-and-mortar bookstore environment.
