Fraser St. (MLK Plaza, Downtown State College) WHEN: Sunday, October 17 @ 2:00pm MATERIALS INCLUDE: - Pumpkin - Variety of fall leaves - Succulent plants - Moss - Natural accents like acorns, lichen, moss, etc. - Glue for securing succulents - Spray adhesive and wax paper for decoupage Includes parking validation at the Fraser Street Garage.
