Lest We Forget

Penn State Professor, John Marsh, who has just published a centenary meditation on F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic, The Great Gatsby, will speak about this prolific American author emphasizing what he told us about the contest between the rich and the rest of us.

Come to the Bellefonte Library at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20 to learn about this American master’s life and work and the light it sheds on our current situation. After the presentation, there will be plenty of time for questions and meeting other readers while enjoying snacks and hors d’oeuvres. Prof. Marsh’s new book, A Rotten Crowd, will be available to purchase at $10 (50% off). This talk is sponsored by the Bellefonte Historical and Cultural Association and is free and open to the public.
