Juniata College will welcome Malloy Guest Lecturer Tony Pipa, who will present, “The Power of Stories and Narrative in Revitalizing Rural Places.” Hosted by the Office of the Provost, Pipa is host of the award-winning Reimagine Rural podcast.
A native of rural Elysburg, Pennsylvania, Pipa serves in leadership and advisory roles with national organizations dedicated to economic mobility and rural investment, including StriveTogether, Lead for America, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Rural Investment Collaborative.
This lecture is part of the Edwin A. and Susan R. Malloy Lectureship, established in 1985 to enhance the quality of life at Juniata College and in the Huntingdon community through nationally and internationally recognized speakers and artists.
