Happy Valley Latin Festival
The third annual Happy Valley Latin Festival will take place on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. at the Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza on Fraser Street in Downtown State College. The Happy Valley Latin Festival is a free one-day, family-friendly, community event that celebrates family, community, and Hispanic heritage. The event will include children’s activities, live music, food, fashion, arts and crafts, dance, and much more representative of Latin America.
