It’s summer. Got shade? The Tussey mOUnTaiNBACK 50 Mile Relay and Ultramarathon has a free, runner-coordinated Discovery Run Training Series in Rothrock State Forest on eight Saturdays beginning on August 20 at Tussey Mountain. (The series will finish up 8 days before race day, Oct. 16.) The series covers the whole 50-mile course, a chunk at a time. All of the Discovery runs begin at 8 a.m. and start from various locations within the forest.
