Dear Community Members,
The State College Borough and the Center for Alternatives in Community Justice (CACJ) are pleased to announce the second event in our 2025 Community Conversations Series. Our topic will be: “Incarceration and Reentry in State College: A National Issue Viewed Through a Local Lens”

Conversations begin with a panel event where we hear from local community experts followed by a group discussion aimed at creating community-based action(s).
