Inspired by a Poem
Sometimes people create a poem inspired by painting in a practice known as Ekphrasis. In this show, Gallery Shop artists will do the opposite- create artwork inspired by lines from a favorite poem. They may stop by the woods with Frost or go to the sea with Masefield. Come see how the art of poetry and visual art can beautifully intersect at the Gallery Shop in Lemont.
