Join Mid-State Literacy Council on October 28th at 1:00 pm at St. Mark Lutheran Church (850 Snydertown Rd, Howard, PA 16841) for a free technology lecture called “AI and Disinformation.” In this session, we’ll explore how AI (artificial intelligence) is used to create convincing deepfakes and clone voices, making it challenging to distinguish between real and fake content. We’ll also review best practices for evaluating information and explore tech tools that can help identify content created with AI. This lecture is open to any adult 50 or older.
