The Sustainability Showcases are weekly discussions highlighting the interdisciplinary nature of sustainability by creating a platform for stakeholders to engage with one another. The series makes connections between faculty research, personal and professional interest, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Speakers are invited to give a 30 - 45-minute talk and answer questions surrounding this year’s theme of Building Better Bonds, which explores how we can build resilient communities that resolve our dividedness by seeking collective action and collaborations. United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 17 emphasizes that, for success on any of the other 16 sustainability goals for the planet, we must start by building partnership.
