Join Mid-State Literacy Council on April 17th at 10:30 am at the Centre Region Active Adult Center for a free technology lecture called “Mobile Health Apps.” During this lecture, you’ll learn about common health apps, like the iPhone's built-in app and the Google Fit app. You'll learn about using the app's step counter, as well as integrating information from other popular health and fitness apps. You'll also learn the benefits of saving your medical ID. This lecture is open to any adult 50 or older.
