Feeling the mid-week slump? Take a break with Centred Outdoors! Enjoy one of our many public parks right here in town. We will walk a short, lunch-break-sized loop to get some fresh air, socialize with new and familiar friends, and stay connected with nature during the week! Bring your friends, neighbors, co-workers, or anyone who could use a little time outdoors. No registration is required.

This program consists of easy winter walks at three local parks. Conditions will vary and may include areas of ice or snow. Participants should come prepared with:

Sturdy winter footwear

Warm layers

Hats/gloves

Bottled water

Trekking poles, if desired (some will be available to lend)

Walking on snow or ice can be easier with various traction devices that slip on to any footwear. Visit Appalachian Outdoors to explore types and sizes.

Wednesday, January 22nd at Circleville Park, 12:00-1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, February 19 at Tudek Park, 12:00-1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 19 at Lederer Park, 12:00-1:00 p.m.
