Enjoy the early autumn mornings with a guided bird walk in the Arboretum! Every week in September, the Arboretum's Avian Education Program is offering guided bird walks to observe fall migration. All walks begin at the Arboretum’s Overlook Pavilion in the H.O. Smith Botanic Gardens. Wear sturdy shoes for walking on wet ground and bring a pair of binoculars if you have them. All levels of experience are welcome. No registration required. All events, programs, and activities are dependent on weather and may be canceled in the event o f inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The bird walks will be canceled in the event of steady rain. All minors must be accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian during all events, programs, and activities unless registration or marketing materials explicitly state otherwise.
