Teens In Juvenile Detention Face Isolation During COVID-19 Pandemic

Many juvenile detention centers have closed their doors to visitors to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Officials worry that these and other correctional facilities are particularly vulnerable to an outbreak because of limited space for social distancing.

But advocates worry that the loneliness teens experience while in detention has been exacerbated by the coronavirus. Samantha Max (@samanthaellimax) of WPLN reports.
