How Presidents Handled Crisis Throughout History

President Trump has referred to himself as a wartime president as he fights the coronavirus. At this time in 1945, the United States was fighting the Germans and the Japanese in a different global conflict, World War II.

Historian Julian Zelizer (@julianzelizer) joins us for a conversation about how former President Franklin Roosevelt led the country during that crisis and how other presidents have dealt with crises.
