Philadelphia And Pittsburgh Fight Court In Efforts To Pass Their Own Gun Restrictions

Thirty-six states, including Pennsylvania, have laws to prevent local governments from enacting their own firearm regulations. But Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, which have both experienced mass gun violence, are fighting to change that.
