This week, Max welcomes special guest Jerry Zolten who talks about the new documentary “How They Got Over: Gospel Quartets and The Road to Rock & Roll.” The film will have a free screening on Thursday, June 12, at 7pm at the State Theatre. Zolten, who is a Penn State professor and American roots music authority, is a co-producer of the film and on screen narrator.
